Segro Park Kettering Gateway is a prime industrial logistics development in the heart of the East Midlands.
With direct access to the A14, it is ideally situated on the main trade route between the Midlands and the port of Felixstowe. And with ample power, SPKG will appeal to the numerous food manufacturing operations in and around Kettering.

The SPKG brochure encapsulated the site's USPs in a handy format, a diecut aperture to the front cover showing the primary message underneath.

Give yourself a Boost.
As a part of the campaign, Segro wanted to produce an inexpensive and memorable mailing piece to target agents and potential occupiers.

The solution was a Cadbury Boost bar in a box. Using the language of electricity and power, the gift switched on the recipient to the development’s twin USPs of a 10 megawatt supply (more than enough for most industries including food manufacturers) and fast build delivery.
