Hub 100 mailing piece

IM Properties required a striking printed mailer to promote the availability of their newly completed 100,000 sq ft warehouse at The Hub, Birmingham.
This type of project is a personal favourite, because it allows me to combine the medium and message into a cohesive creative concept. Fun!
From my initial sketches, the client chose Ready To Go – a distinctive two-piece mailer that packaged the opportunity in a simulated paper bag.
To achieve the desired effect, I specified a flecked brown uncoated stock for the die-cut outer, finished with a contrasting glossy red sticker for added visual appeal. To complete the piece, variable data printing added personalised addresses on the reverse.
For maximum impact, the piece was assembled and mailed as you see it on the right. The result was a big hit with both industrial agents and prospective tenants.
