Arrow 248 was the last opportunity at the popular Midlands Logistics Park in Corby. The site had been acquired by a consortium looking to develop the site on a spec build basis.

Reach Marketing was approached by one of the joint agents. The developers wanted a suite of marketing materials to convey the USPs of the offer via a brand that would create a splash.

The first order of business was to design a strong brand mark. A memorable icon often starts with a simple shape, the 4 in 248 yielding an attractive arrow motif in keeping with the name.

Brand mark established, I then researched the offer and wrote copy for both web site and brochure, before designing layouts and assets for both.

Although I like to work within a creative team, Arrow 248 was a relatively rare project that I was involved in from cradle to grave, demonstrating the full range of my professional capabilities.

The suite of materials had the desired effect, with Arrow 248 being let to Smyth's Toys.
